July 1, 2020

To Whom it may Concern,

NOTICE: Twin Creeks Leagues will NOT begin the week of July 20th as previously listed due to the California and County of Santa Clara restrictions.

As many of you know, the Santa Clara County Health Officer issued a mandatory legal order directing all individuals living within the county to shelter in place and to self-isolate to the maximum extent feasible.  The order is in effect from July 1, 2020. The restrictions as of July 1, 2020 does NOT allow Twin Creeks to open YET….Twin Creeks is as frustrated as many of you are.

We are now extending until July 21, 2020, due to the following:

We are still currently waiting for guidelines and approved opening procedures with steps to take from the County of Santa Clara.  Under the current stipulations and ordinance from the County of Santa Clara there are steps to take to opening all/specific businesses. We expect an update on or before July 21, 2020.

As of July 1, 2020, through July 21, 2020 Twin Creeks will be closed/suspended. We will be monitoring the situation daily, but until we can resume playing and opening for any and all types of activities, events, leagues, and/or tournaments we will be closed/suspended.

While business is closed and suspended there will be no contact with non-essential staff and limited means of
contact with Twin Creeks management and may not be able to respond to phone or email requests other than this

We understand this is a difficult time for not only those directly affected by COVID-19 but the impact it will have
on everyone’s day to day lives. We hope you will understand and be patient as we will be reviewing all business
inquiries, credits, and all other inquiries as soon as our business is no longer suspended.

We will update our website and any other forms of communication (Email, Twitter, Facebook etc...) with information on/or before July 21, 2020

Twin Creeks would like to THANK ALL the youth sports teams, adult sports programs, special event groups, private sports organizations and the many other participants, teams, spectators, and business relationships for your patience in ALL aspects related to the Twin Creeks Sports Complex.

We would also like to extend our thoughts and prayers to everyone affected by the Coronavirus throughout the community.

Please stay safe and well during these unprecedented and difficult times.
