Weekend and tournament gate fees will vary, depending on the event. In return, you will receive a token, redeemable towards food and beverage in the Sluggers Restaurant or Pitchers Sports Bar. Your hand must be stamped at the front gate for re-entry into the complex. Twin Creeks may change the gate fee at any time for charity events, promotions or special events.
Weekend and tournament gate fees will vary, depending on the event. If there is a gate fee for a weekend event, it will include in and out privileges. Twin Creeks does not honor gate fees from other tournament locations or venues.
All Person in need of In / Out Privileges must be stamped upon Twin Creeks entry when you pay.
There is no food or beverage allowed in the facility except water, fruit and individual coffee / tea. No glass or can containers. We do allow ice chests with unopened plastic water bottles or empty squeeze bottles. Security personnel have the right to confiscate glass containers, food and cans.
First Aid – Paramedics, fire, police and ambulatory services are within minutes of the facility. In case of injury or security, we will need permission from the victim or family member before we can call for assistance. Under no circumstance will a Twin Creeks employee or an independently contracted umpire/referee administer first aid.
"Lost and Found" is located in the Sports Office. To retrieve an item, you must be able to describe it in detail. We strongly recommend labeling all equipment. Twin Creeks is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Articles are kept for a short period of time and then given to charity.
Twin Creeks Service Animal Policies:
No pets allowed
Service animals are permitted & must be under the handler’s control at all times
Emotional support animals are not service animals
Please honor this policy and protect the rights of those who need service animals
Please pick up after your service animal
Service animal handlers are responsible for damage caused by their animal
Service Animals Are:
Required because of a disability; AND
Individually trained to do work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability.

A Service Animal must have a harness, lease, or other tether, unless:
The handler’s disability prevents use of such control device; OR
Use of such device would interfere with the service animal’s safe, effective performance of work

Service Animals will be removed from the premises if:
The animal is not housebroken; OR
The animal is out of control and the owner does not take effective action to control it.

Managers and players ejected/removed from a game should leave the field and immediate vicinity without further abuse in order to prevent harsher penalties that may be imposed.
Games may be postponed or rescheduled due to weather conditions. In the case of questionable weather, call (408) 475-0044. This is the number for questionable weather and/or status of a possible rain-out decision.
For League play this call is made by the Twin Creeks Sports Director. It will be updated by 3:00 pm on the day of league games. Games will be rescheduled at Twin Creeks' convenience. It is the managers' responsibility to call Twin Creeks for your rescheduled game and time.
For weekend tournaments this call is made by the Tournament Director not by Twin Creeks. As soon as the Tournament Director makes a decision regarding weather delays or rain outs we will update the weather line immediately.
Fields may be available for practice when not in use for league or tournament play. Fees are to be paid in advance. Please call for rates. Reservations can be made through the Rentals/Events Office at 408-475-0044.
Please verify that standings are correct week by week. All teams are responsible for incorrect standings. We strongly suggest that you keep track of all your league standings so when the playoffs arrive, you can figure out the tie-breakers in your league. We allow one week after your game to make changes to incorrect standings. No changes will be made after that time.
Please fill out the online registration forms completely. Fees are paid online through our registration page, accessible by clicking on the REGISTER but at the to f the homepage. Your team may sign up for any available night in the division you request, but is subject to change to accommodate fair and competitive leagues. Refunds will be given only when Twin Creeks is unable to fill a league. There is a "no refund" policy for teams who wish to drop out after league play has started.
All hard liquor must be consumed inside the bar only. No pitchers of beer are allowed past the balcony areas. Any person participating or intending to participate in a game shall refrain from consuming alcohol before or during the game. Persons may be ejected from the premises. Any individual involved in a confrontation in Twin Creeks Sports Bar will be subject to the same penalties as if it took place on the field.

Uniforms or matching colored shirts are only required for Twin Creeks Flag Football and Soccer Leagues.
Uniforms are not required for Twin Creeks Softball Leagues, however when possible, teams should dress alike. If your team has their own uniforms you may use those.
Twin Creeks reserves the right to make any amendments or adjustments deemed necessary to promote fairness and equality in league play. (i.e., equalizer rules, run spots, etc.)
Twin Creeks intends to provide a professional, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Please contact the manager on duty or call our office during business hours if any of our staff does not meet these standards. We are dedicated to providing the independently contracted umpires/referees with information and feedback – complaint and suggestion forms are available inside the Sports Office.

The following information for brackets is true for Tournaments that Twin Creeks acts as the Director on. Check the web site under Travel Baseball, Fast Pitch Softball, or Youth Soccer pages. Then select the respective date. Then select the respective division. All managers will be responsible for notifying players, coaches, parents, etc. with information regarding games times and details for tournament. (If Twin Creeks is not the Tournament Director for the tournament, please contact the relevant director or association for bracketing.
You can fax or mail in the Registration Form which can be found on and printed from the Twin Creeks web site, or Twin Creeks can mail or fax the Registration Form to you and you can fill it out and return it. All payments are required at the time of registration. No exceptions.
Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis with paid registration and is subject to change dependent upon team signups in each division up until 12 days prior to the respective tournament. Please be aware that tournaments may fill up quickly, so get your registration form and payment in as soon as possible (ASAP). Updated information can be found on the Twin Creeks web site or on the new Twin Creeks Phone Recording System.
Twin Creeks must receive a signed team roster and Insurance with the registration no later than 12 days prior to tournament. Teams who have not submitted these documents will forfeit all games and tournament fees.
The tournament will be formatted depending on the number of teams and the number of games guaranteed for the weekend.Formats will be one of the following:
3-Game Pool Play and then Single-Elimination
2. Triple-Elimination
3. 1 Game and then Triple-Elimination
4. 2 Games and then Double-Elimination
5. ASA Championship Play is always Double-Elimination.
* Please note that it will be at Twin Creeks' discretion in which bracket or if pool play will be used per tournament. You will find out when you receive your brackets.

The following restrictions apply:
There is no food or beverage allowed in the facility except water and fruit.
No tail-gating or barbecuing in the parking lot, and no pets (except service animals).
Absolutely no sunflower seeds, chewing tobacco, or any nuts in shells.
No roller blades, skateboards, scooters or any other items deemed unsafe or a liability to Twin Creeks will be allowed.
No Metal Cleats are allowed on the fields.
