RE: TWIN CREEKS SPORTS COMPLEX ADULT SPORTS LEAGUE PLAY

To ALL Twin Creeks League Teams,

WELCOME BACK!

As Twin Creeks continues to monitor ALL State of California and County of Santa Clara Health and Safety protocols, we are preparing for a phased re-opening in April 2021. Please read the following notification regarding Adult League Recreational Sports @ Twin Creeks Sports Complex.

SOCCER LEAGUES: Twin Creeks Soccer Leagues are currently not available until we receive further
County of Santa Clara guidance. Twin Creeks Management will update the website and email Adult Soccer League Teams when we more have more information.
*** We hope to Start Twin Creeks Adult Soccer Leagues by July 2021 or Possibly sooner.

• SOFTBALL LEAGUES: Twin Creeks will be taking sign-ups for the Spring Softball League with the following limitations: -Read Below-

• LIMITED SPOTS: Due to restrictions, mandates, and County of Santa Clara guidelines we will have limited spots available for Spring Softball League.

• CREDITS: ALL Teams who have credits with Twin Creeks will have 1st priority to sign-up. Please go to Twin Creeks website (www.twin-creeks.com) and sign-up for the available Spring Softball Leagues. This is a first come first serve basis.
***Not all teams with credits will have a spot in the 2021 Spring League.

• PRIORITY SIGN-UP: 1st Priority will be from Monday - March 8th, 2021 until Monday - March 22nd for ALL teams with Credits. On March 23rd, 2021 Twin Creeks will start accepting new Softball League applications.
*** Please do not wait to sign-up if you are interested in playing Softball starting in April as Leagues are expected to fill very quickly.

• NEXT SOFTBALL SEASON 2021 (TBA-Est >July 2021): IF any teams do not play in the Spring Softball Season, Twin Creeks will be taking sign-ups in May-2021. Start Dates – estimated July 12, 2021. Please visit Twin Creeks website for details after the Spring Softball season begins. We will honor all credits from 2020 and teams with credits will have a priority for the Summer Leagues as well.

the Coronavirus Pandemic.

COVID-19 REOPENING GUIDELINES AND POLICIES (EFFECTIVE MARCH 8, 2021)

To help control the spread of Covid-19 and safeguard our players, guests, and employees, Twin Creeks has implemented the following guidelines and policies in accordance with The County of Santa Clara, State of California as well as recommendations from the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.

In addition to the normal policies and procedures for Twin Creeks Sports Complex the following is required:

SIGNS AND SYMPTOMS: Players, spectators, patrons, and employees who exhibit signs or symptoms of Covid-19 will be asked to stay home or may be sent home.

SOCIAL DISTANCING: Practice all social distancing guidelines. In addition to State of California and the County of Santa Clara Protocols for Standard social distancing guidelines, Twin Creeks will be requiring social distancing throughout the facility. This Includes walking from the parking lot to the main entrance, the main entrance to the fields, while walking to and from the restrooms, as well as while inside/on dugouts and bleachers. While participating in games, please do your best to socially distance IF applicable. IF the restaurant is open, Global Sports will post signs to inform all patrons, players and spectators’ the rules and regulations per the State and County restrictions and mandates allowed for indoor restaurants. Appropriate signage and markings will be placed in designated areas to help our guests with these guidelines.

MASKS: Masks must ALWAYS be worn while inside the Twin Creeks Facility. This includes walking to & from the parking lot to the main entrance, the main entrance to the field participating on as well as in the dugouts and bleachers. *While playing your game, masks are highly recommended as tolerated for each individual’s physical exertion.

WASHING HANDS & HAND SANITIZERS: Please wash your hands frequently hand sanitizer dispensers will be located throughout the facility. Please use hand sanitizers when available.

RESTROOMS: Restrooms will be open – please use the restroom nearest to your field you play on.

BAG CHECKS/FOOD AND BEVERAGE/NO ALCOHOL/OTHER RULES AND POLICIES STILL APPLY: NO Food or beverages are allowed, NO Coolers, NO Ice Chests. Guests may bring water, fruit or restricted/dietary health foods needed. ONLY.

ALCOHOL: NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED. NO ALCOHOL IS ALLOWED IN THE PARKING LOT, INSIDE THE FACILTY, AT THE FIELDS OR IN THE RESTAURANT. IF ALCOHOL IS SEEN BEFORE DURING OR AFTER THE GAME THAT IS BROUGHT IN BY PLAYERS, PARTICIPANTS OR SPECTATOR – YOU WILL BE ASKED TO THROW ALL ALCOHOL IN GARBAGE IMMEDIATELY & YOUR GAME MAY BE SUSPENDED OR CANCELLED WITH NO REFUNDS AND YOU MAY BE SUSPENDED FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE SEASON. ONLY ALCOHOL THAT IS SOLD AT TWIN CREEKS SPORTS COMPLEX BY GLOBAL SPORTS TWIN CREEKS IS ALLOWED.

BEFORE GAMES PLAYED: NO Batting Practice before and after games. Any players/teams that would like to rent fields that are available please contact Twin Creeks Management.

ONLY ONE (1) GAME PLAYED BY PLAYERS: Due to the County of Santa Clara and State of California protocols, players can only play 1 game per night and no pickup games.

WHILE PLAYING YOUR GAMES: Try to social distance during the games. Before, during, and after games, no player handshakes will be allowed. Bleacher seating will be added along with the dugouts to help social distancing. This will help for players to allow for team social distancing inside and outside of the dugout. Players, coaches, and spectators of opposing teams should not “mix together” at any time. Please exit the Dugouts immediately following the game.

PLAY GAMES AND LEAVE: We ask teams for the upcoming season to play your games and leave immediately following the game to allow teams to get ready for the next game and to allow social distancing between games and players participating. *** (IF) at any time the Restaurant and/or the Bar is open, this policy may change at any time, as we follow State and County guidelines.

SPECTATORS: Spectators are NOT allowed at this time. We are monitoring the State of California and County of Santa Clara guidelines regarding Spectators. We will inform teams when this restriction and mandate is lifted.

RESTAURANT/BAR: Global Sports Twin Creeks is working on opening the Restaurant and Bar safely. We will keep all teams, players, spectators, and participants informed when the Restaurant and Bar will Re-Open.

*** IT IS OUR UTMOST PRIORITY TO ENSURE THE SAFETY OF EVERYONE WHO CHOOSES TO WORK OR PLAY AT TWIN CREEKS SPORTS COMPLEX. ***
